Tyson Gentz started ESA Fabrication in January 2005. His career in the electrical industry began when he was an apprentice electrician for a small, family-operated business.  He also attended an Arizona college, studying job-related skills through the Independent Electrical Contractors Association. Over his twenty years of experience in the business, Tyson been a journeyman electrician, project leadman, foreman, and pre-fabrication manager.  Tyson is credited as being creative, innovative, mechanical and solution-minded.  Tyson is extremely proud of launching ESA into the national market and servicing every electrical supply house in Arizona and the Southwest.

Brad Phillips

Director of Operations – Owner

Brad Phillips has functioned in a variety of executive roles for wide range of industries including electronic design and manufacturing, service, and distribution. Brad spent over 15 years in the wireless communications industry working with several companies to develop and manufacture leading edge products. In 2005, Brad began working in the Electrical Distribution and joined the ESA team in 2008.

Becky Hutcherson

Inside Sales & Quotes

Becky started her career at ESA in October 2013 as an inside sales, quotations, and customer service representative. Becky has many years of experience in customer relationship management, focusing on sales and service in the electrical industry. She has an extensive electrical distribution background, starting on counter sales and graduating to Inside Sales CSR for multiple electrical distributors.  Beck holds certifications with SqD, Cutler Hammer, and is trained in lighting fundamentals. She brings a great deal of industry knowledge and professionalism to her role here at ESA.  Becky is also very passionate about her rescue efforts with animals. She is currently the Assistant Director of Valley Dogs Rescue and also volunteers with Vets & Their Pets.

Mayra Cordova

Mayra started her career at ESA in September 2011 as an Administrative Assistant.  Mayra comes from a family of accountants, and graduated college with a degree in accounting. Mayra’s work experience includes being a teacher’s assistant at a private school in Mexico as well as a licensed massage therapist.  She has been spent the last 18 years working in administration and customer service. Mayra is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish.
